Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your BISWAS LONDON piece. You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

Email hello@biswaslondon.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
